Ztaziz Posted February 6, 2019 Share Posted February 6, 2019 Genesect with Shift Gear seems to be an event move only, given by a certain event in Japan, where the player was rewarded with a Shiny Genesect with Blaze kick, Extremespeed and Shift Gear. It does not learn the move by any normal means lvl nor egg moves.
