When i followed the quest of Jirachi and finished ,i found i couldnt catch Jirachi.As is shown in the pictures,i promised i check too many times in this quest of catching Jirachi（has been found latios and latias）,please give me some help!!thank u !

I would like to inform you that this is not a bug but you simply miss the caught data of Celebi, which is required in order to catch Jirachi.

Here below all the requirements:

• 120h Hoenn Playtime
  
• Hoenn Champion
  
• All possible Kanto, Johto, Hoenn Pokemon caught (Including Mew and Celebi, seen data only for other legendaries)
  
• 210 Evolutions
