I would like to inform you that Salac Berries are avaialble to players in the game and you can obtain them in the following ways

 

Salac Berry

 

Effect: A Berry to be consumed by Pokémon. If a Pokémon holds one, its Speed stat will increase when it’s in a pinch.

Working: Yes

Location:

- Possible drop at Love Idland coconuts

- Possible drop at Pinkan Island coconuts

I would like to add as first, to the information given above, that you can find, with the recent headbutt rework, the Salac Berry even in the Mauville City Headbutts and Route 111 North.

About the meaning of pinch, translating it would be like "when the pokemon is in difficulty" but to say it in a really really easier way Salac Berries raises Speed when HP is below ¼.
