i have a ms for 30 days but this last week in every time that i could play the game is down for lost connection... i need some help with this plz !

The servers were down due to technical difficulties. You should now be able to log on again.

Fix the game plz i continue with this problem i cant play all the day or if continue the problem and someone can helps me to give back my ms and my black medalion i will be very thankful because i cant use them like i whish. im sorry for inconvenieces caused and have a nice day !

can someone help me with this task? another day with the problem conection lost and my ms and bm are expiring almost 140 coins to trash plz

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that the server have been offline for a short a mount of time, but they are currently online without any issue.

Could you please tell me if you're still experiencing the login issue?

If you cannot access the game, could you please try to totally reset, your router and internet connection and let me know if it works? If not, please check with the following questions.

▪︎ Are you using Proxy?

Try not using it, and then test again

 

▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?

Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post

You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.

mey internet its ok . but i cannot use the bm like i whish becase i hadnt many time to play and in this time the server was with problem of connection doesnt care thanks for your time ! have good day

I'm sorry to hear about your situation.

Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that we cannot refund you of your progress or extend your membership as it would be unfair to the other players who have accepted their losses due to crashing, regardless of our end or theirs, if we restore your cooldown and not their pokemon/money/cooldowns. Please also take the time to read the thread linked below, for future reference.

Lost by crash issues (Including disconnections and rollbacks)

 

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

 

For, scheduled maintenances, you may check our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for updates when the server will be going down in order to minimize your losses.

As for unannounced crashes, please do note that the server is in BETA and we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash.

Nevertheless, in case of long downtimes or numerous issues/crashes on our end, we may issue compensations as a way to apologize.

 

Also, ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. If the disconnect was caused by connection issues on your end, you may try the following:

  • Call your internet provider.
  • Troubleshoot Your Hardware.
  • Opt for a wired connection if you’re using a wireless connection
  • Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps.
  • Try a New DNS Server

I know it can be frustrating to lose part of your progress, but i hope you can understand why we cannot fulfill your request.
