lost connection

I was stuck in the game (I could no longer move the pg), so I make logout and now I can not get in anymore. it appears to me "lost connection". how can we solve this problem?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that the server are online and normally working.

If you cannot access the game, could you please tell me what is the error you are experiencing? You can also attach a screenshot.

Also, could you please try to totally reset, your router and internet connection and let me know if it works? If not, please check with the following questions.

 

▪︎ Are you using Proxy?

Try not using it, and then test again

 

▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?

Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post

You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.

when I try to log in I see "lost connection". I do not use proxy, I play from home, I also tried to connect from the phone with the 4G line of a different provider. the connection works perfectly and does not have any sort of limitation, I can do everything I did before, except to be able to log into the silver server.

 

 

while I was taking care of the pokemon in vermilion, the game got stuck and I could not move the pg. so I logged out and from that moment I can not log in anymore .

I have seen that other players also have the same problem

I would like to inform you that the issue have been forwarded to our developer that will look into it.

Unfortunately, i cannot give you an estimated time for when the issue will be solved, please be patient until that moment and remember that we are volunteers and we act in our own time.

I will update you in this thread once this issue will be solved and we will also make an announce on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD once it will be fixed.
