I was talking with the nurse Joy in the Fuchsia city, and the game kicked me of the game. After that, every time I try to enter the silver server, a message appears saying that I lost the connection. Unfortunately, i cannot give you an estimated time for when the issue will be solved, please be patient until that moment and remember that we are volunteers and we act in our own time.
