Estuve jugando un buen rato y de la nada, se salio el juego. Cuando quice volver a entrar no pude. Buscando en su pagina me di cuenta que el servidor estaba caido y aun que esperé no volvio, por lo que preferi conectarme hoy. Mas cuando me conecté se volvio a caer, pero esta vez a los 5 minutos de partida! Y segun su pagina el servidor esta bien ¿Si el servidor esta bien, por que no puedo entrar? Me sale ''Coneccion perdida'' ¿Que puedo hacer? Hi. I've been playing barely since yesterday. I was playing a good time and out of nothing, the game came out. When I wanted to go back in I could not. Searching on his page I realized that the server was down and even if I waited I did not return, so I preferred to connect today. But when I connected it fell again, but this time after 5 minutes of departure! And according to your page the server is fine. If the server is fine, why can not I enter? We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. Unfortunately, i am unable to give an estimated time as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it goes against the general support rules. An announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.
