My Raichu's Thief never active it effect.

I would like to thank you for your patience in the matter. To address your issue, I am going to need further information.

 

The move Thief is confirmed to be working in PRO, so we are glad that you took your time to report any defects with the move.

 

With that said, could you please describe how the move Thief is not activating and also provide some type of evidence along with describing it. A video of the it not activating would be most helpful.

Sorry about by mistake, my Raichu's Thief still working.But sometimes it won't take the other pokemon item. So i need go to the pkm center.After that i can able to still item.
