To address your issue, I am going to need further information. The move Thief is confirmed to be working in PRO, so we are glad that you took your time to report any defects with the move. With that said, could you please describe how the move Thief is not activating and also provide some type of evidence along with describing it. A video of the it not activating would be most helpful.
