Android Cant log into game

Ive created an account, downloaded the game and installed it, tried downloading it via pc and transferring the files over sucessfully and everytime i load the game up and get to the login, i type in my login info and click on gold or silver and i get the same message everytime, "can not connect to server". im on samsung galaxy s9, ive tried using different browsers also.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please try to totally reset, your router and internet connection and let me know if it works? If not, please check with the following questions.

▪︎ Are you using Proxy?

Try not using it, and then test again

 

▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?

Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post

You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.

thanks for the quick reply, ive no clue what a vpn is or how to access that via my phone. i dont use the wifi since its blocked via the wifi, its how my gfs parents have it set up. im going off my 4g lte data from my seevice provider. I dont have this problem with pokemmo even tho i have to allow that the same way i do this game. I think ill have to use a VPN to play.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation.

Unfortunately, some mobile connection may block the access to our servers and, as it is not a issue on our end, we cannot do anything for that.

However, using a VPN should be able to solve your issue. You can find many by googling or on the playstore.

Using a wifi should be able to solve your issue, but normally a VPN solves all the problem.,

i downloaded Turbo VPN app and started that up then loaded the game like normal and could play.

I'm really happy to see that your issue has been solved. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
