I would like to inform you that, despite it may be seen as a leg is missing, this is the sprite of Zigzagoon of the Generation 5 of Pokémon and that is intended to be like that. You can check the sprite of each generation here: PokemonDB - Zigzagoon sprites or on Bulbapedia - Zigzagoon sprites.
