As the title says while completing the story in Hoenn at Mt. Pyre Exterior, No Exp or Money is gained from team aqua/magma trainers you face while ascending the mountain.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that this is not a bug but it is intended to not gain experience from the Team Aqua and Team Magma's grunts in the Mt. Pyre..

That part is intended to be a challenge for the players, in part to prepare you for the battles you will have to do later!

However, even if it is not recommended, you are able to skip each trainer by logging out when dialogue starts.

Oh i had no idea you could skip this. I was even more surprised how players can have really high-level pokemon and not collect all of the badges yet - shouldn't the pokemon refuse to listen to their trainers' commands at that point?

I would like to inform you that the mechanic where the Pokémon doesn't follow orders if you have not enough badges is not developed in Pokemon Revolution Online.

That means that you Pokémon willl ways follow you orders-
