hi, while i was doing the legendary event moves tutor quest, the game crashed while i was fighting Thief Georgiana at the Goldenrod Police Station. I signed back on talked to Georgiana again but it counted as a lost and i cannot proceed. Can you please help me reset Georgiana so i can finish this legendary event moves tutor quest? thanks!

I would first like to start off by saying we sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Unfortunately, we cannot reset the cool down for your Georgiana boss

~ Lost by crash issues (Including disconnections and rollbacks)

 

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

I know it is unfortunate but nothing can be done in regard to this situation. You may try to battle here again in 24 hours from when you disconnected
