I would like to inform you that the cooldown of the Bug Catching Contest is server based. That means that it resets at the same time for every player. Neddi87 Posted February 19, 2019 Author Share Posted February 19, 2019 Hi Shino, what i mean is...i was doing the Contest at 8:00 in the Morning and the Cooldown was 14 Hours and i did it again 22:00 Evening, it was at the Weekend i guess. So, Yesterday i did it 01:00 in the Night and i should be able to do it 15:00 Afternoon. But this Time i have too wait 24:00 Hours. I dont really understand this. xD Hi @Neddi87 I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I would like to inform you that the cooldown is not 14 hours, or 24 hours. As said above, the cooldown is server-based and that means that it resets every day at 00:00, GMT +0. With that said, it is even possible to do 2 times the bug catching in 1 hour if you calculate the exact moment of when the cooldown server-based will reset. However, i can assure you that the cooldown is not connected to the player and therefore there is no way to have a lower cooldown, as the server handle the cooldown of all the player all at once automatically. Therefore, all the players, if they would check the cooldown now, would have the same exact cooldown result.
