I'm sorry to hear about your situation.

Could you please try the following procedure and see if it helps you to solve your issue:

• Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else.
  
• Restart your computer/device
  
• Download again the game from PRO CLIENT DOWNLOAD
  
• Afterwards, make sure you unzip the file and run it as an Administrator.

i have found the problem which was that i used 64bit and i have formatted my pc to 32 bit so i have downloaded 32 bit and the game is ok
