Unfortunately we have not a vietnamese-speaker in our team. However, if i'm correct translating, it seems like you're asking if you can move your friend's belongings to your account.

In this case, the best for you would be ask directly to your friend if you can get their Pokémon, money and items.

Do note that, as long as you have permission from them, it would be fine to move those items. However, in case you should move them without any permission, you could be sanctioned.
