Rotom no longer evolves in designated routes, but rather evolve by taking over certain appliances like in the real games. Below are map names where you can find boxes which contain different appliances for your Rotom. You simply have to go in one of the following locations, interact with the boxes and choose the form of Rotom you most prefer. Celadon Mart 2 Goldenrod Mart 3 Lilycove Department Store 4F Veilstone Department Store 1F Do note that each Appliance corresponds to a different form of Rotom. They are as follows: Recall = Base Rotom Microwave Oven = Rotom-Heat Washing Machine = Rotom-Wash Refrigerator = Rotom-Frost Electric Fan = Rotom-Fan Lawnmower = Rotom-Mow I hope this can help, let me know if you have any further questions.
