I attempted to purchase coins and was given an error message that my username does not exist. I just purchased yesterday on the same account, but for some reason, I can't do it today. I've attached a screenshot with the error message.

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for the report.

The issue has been forwarded to our developers that are currently looking into that. Unfortunately, there is not an estimated time as for when the issue will be solved.
