I wanna unlock the teleport in hoeen so i google the videos and do same like it.

After i talked to officer in pc,he did told me i should go to tell Wattson.

But when i walk in gym then go to power plant or just go to the power plant i didn't see him and another npc there.

Excuse me then what should i do??

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that the first thing to do is talk to any Security Officer in any pokemon center in Hoenn to start the quest.

After that, go to Mauville City, go South to Route 110 and surf East until you are at the entrance of New Mauville.

When you enter in New Mauville you will find Wattson and the team Magma/Aqua leader.

The team Magma/Aqua leader run away and Wattson asks you to clean the place, so defeat all Magma/Aqua members.

Could you please tell me if you can access the new mauville?

If yes, please, follow this guide: HOENN TELEPORT QUEST, defeating all the team magma/aqua and finding the remote controllers to disable the electrical barriers.
