I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

If i'm not misunderstanding, it seems like you're asking if you can have a higher chance to obtain valentine themed Pokémon by donating.

Unfortunately, i regret to inform you that this is not possible as it would be extremely unfair to the other player that can't donate.

The chances to obtain special themed Pokémon, like valentine in this case, are always the same for everyone and we will never create a system where some people have higher chances than other people.
