resolved Latias/tios legendary quest bug

Hie, i have done jirachi quest, have 344 evolution and done hoenn but i still cant get latias/latios, i tried talking to the tv but it said "seems the blue pokemon is still roaming around".

I would like to inform you that the dialogue portrayed in the screenshot means that you've yet to find Latios around the region and beat it.

Latios can be found in the following places:

Could you please try to find it and battle it? if you should not find it, please take a screenshot of each places it can be encountered.
