so, im trying to do arcanine mount quest.

it require me to catch a Cansey, Kangaskhan, ang Dratini

i have catches Cansey and Kangaskhan in Safari but havent catches any Dratini yet...

i used Good Rod to fishing at Safari area 2

 

so, my question is its possible to catch dratini in safari 2 with Good Rod?

if no, please tell me HOW TO CATCH A DRATINI..?

You should have a super rod for that (75k in Olivine City)

You can catch it in Safari Entrance, Safari MS Exclusive, Safari Aera 1, 2 and 3 (and in Dragon's Den) but you need a Super Rod for that

In any of these cases you have to pray your god because is very rare.

i have tried surf in member area for 60 mins = 15k

and i havent saw any dratini >.<

there is any day cycle foe this pokemon?

because i start surfing from the morning till afternoon
