Recently I've talk with my friend to back to play.

But he can't login, he says that he never changes the password to get wrong many times.

It's because the merge servers has a limit time, and the old accounts get lost?

Or this is a problem with old password?

It's merge servers problem i guess. Ur friend has to choose between 2 acc in blue and red old servers, if he want to play in silver.
