Hello, i have a problem thats already a year old but i didnt posted it here.

When i started playing with some friends last year in spring it was the easter or spring event on the server my friends told me that they got free coins from the event i looked at my coins but there were no coins on my account i thought ok maybe i need to play a bit to get them but when the event was over i still had no coins. All my friends got the coins except me. I would like to have some to if that is still possible. it felt like i was forgotten or something.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that those coins were given as a way to apologize for a long downtime happened.

However, every single account existing received those coins, even the one with zero hours and that were never active. This because the coins were given to all the existing account on Pokémon Revolution Online.

If you have not anymore those coins it means that they have been spent somehow. Unfortunately, we have no way to track how coins gets spent, however as it has passed 1 entire year, we really cannot do anything. Also, giving you those coins now would be unfair for all the players, since if we would give those coins 1 year after the issue was experienced, it would be unprofessional and we should do the same with all the other players.

 

I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand why we cannot fulfill your request.

The thing is if i spent the coins somehow there must be something in my inventory that i bought like a mount or something but there is none i have legit nothing in my inventory that could be bought by me and i didnt got hacked or something like that. My friend told me that he got coins for the downtime but the downtime isnt exaclty one year ago i think when i registered myself on the 1. of April my friends got coins and i didnt and then some months after that my friends got coins again this time from the long downtime but i didnt got any coins. Its pretty sad tho because i cant buy myself some coins because paypal doesnt work for me i just want one mount thats not a bike.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that the compensation of the 40 coins was made during the merge downtime. The merge happened the first days of April and that the coins were given around that period and not months later.

As i stated above the coins were automatically given to all the existing account. However, we are not able to check if any bug or issue was experienced as an entire year has passed.

Also, unfortunately, we have no way to track how coins gets spent and therefore to check if you may have used them somehow.

Please, do note nota that giving you those coins now would be unfair for all the players, since if we would give those coins 1 year after the issue was experienced, it would be unprofessional and we should do the same with all the other players.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but i hope you can understand why we cannot fulfill your request.

 

Nevertheless, if you would like to have a nice mount, you can do the Arcanine Mount Quest which can give you a free Arcanine Mount.
