i already did the quest.....now i need the pokemon pidgeooto with the noctornal feather.....the pidgeyooto doesn't have IT... i already catch with POKE MANKEY with the move to steal iteams.... and with others pokemons....i alreathy try everithing EVEN beat the first major league......please help sorry the long speach!!!!!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that the Nocturnal Feater item can be held from Pidgeotto only during Morning and Night poketime in the Route 16.

Hunting it in the other routes won't make you find the item.

Also, please do keep in mind that Pidgeotto, in the poketime and route said above, has 25% chances to hold a Nocturnal Feather and therefore you might need a while before being able to encounter a Pidgeotto holding one.

this is only a reply......25% chances to get the nocturnal feather its not much i already saw a lot of pidgeyootos in night and morning and on route 16 near the oldest tree in kanto i want to advance in game but without fly in this game is impossiible!!!!! i will try ........

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.

I would like to inform you that HM Fly doesn't work outside of the battles as PRO is an MMO and it is intended to be harder than the handheld games.

However, regard the general transport system, i would like to inform you that there are three ways to fast move between regions and into them.

• BOAT-SHIPS : Which can be used to move between regions from each region's port (vermilion, olivine, lilycove & canalave) and in some other specific place into the said regions.
  Using boats/ships require to be the champion of the current region you are playing in. (except made for the boats on cianwood and cinnabar that require the subway quest completd)
   
   
  
• TRANSMAT SYSTEM : Which can be used only in Hoenn and Sinnoh and permit to move into a region (not between regions but only between the cities)
  It requires the TRANSMAT-PC TELEPORT QUEST completed
   
   
  
• SUBWAY : Which permit you to move between Kanto and Johto, and other specific places like trainer valley.
  It require the SUBWAY QUEST to be completed in order to be used.
