I have 146 kanto pkmn caught 126 evolutions in my dex, but professor oak wont tell me about the know it all man in celadon. I have the seen data for the 3 birds and I also beat mewtwo, mod said I have 150 seen so all im missing is mew. Why is this happening?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that, as you stated above, you are currently meeting the requirements related to the seen data.

However, as written in the LEGENDARY MEGATHREAD, those are not the only requirements that you have to meet in order to obtain Mew.

Here below there are the full requirements:

• Get 225h+ playtime
  
• Be Johto Champion
  
• 71 evolved Pokemon ✭
  
• Get Dragon Medallion
  
• Get All Kanto Pokemon caught (except need to be seen)
  

As you can see, the required playtime to be able to obtain Mew is 225+ hours. Unfortunately, you currently have only 161 hours of playtime, and that makes you not eligible to catch Mew yet. I'm sorry to disappoint you.

I had all the other reqs too, it took me and my guild mates to figure out it was the play time I missing haha thanks for answering though!

Could you please try to talk with the Know it all Man in Celadon City Office in the Roof Top and tell me if he gives you the Old Sea Map or, if he doesn't, what is the dialogue you have while talking to him?
