I was lattely playing around with a LVL 5 Sturdy Pokemon using endeavor on a lvl 90+ NPCs. Normally when your Sturdy procs and you are sitting there with 1 health remaining, if you use endeavor on a full health pokemon that has +200 HP more than your pokemon. The shell bell should refund all your health bar, but it doesn't. Not even a single point gets refunded. I just wanna know, is this item viable ? is it working? is it bugged? Wth is going on with shell bell? Cuz not even a single person in the community knows about the issues that this item has since it is not used that often.
