It seems like the item "Shell bell", is working incorrectly ... I was lattely playing around with a LVL 5 Sturdy Pokemon using endeavor on a lvl 90+ NPCs. Normally when your Sturdy procs and you are sitting there with 1 health remaining, if you use endeavor on a full health pokemon that has +200 HP more than your pokemon. The shell bell should refund all your health bar, but it doesn't. Not even a single point gets refunded. I just wanna know, is this item viable ? is it working? is it bugged? Wth is going on with shell bell? Cuz not even a single person in the community knows about the issues that this item has since it is not used that often. And I've used it before it works but it's so weird!
