I have been getting disconnected from gold server and it wont let me back on for a while. Just says connection lost. It will let me into silver server but when I try to log into gold, it just says connection lost. I dont think it's on my end because YouTube and runescape are uninterrupted at these times. Just wanted to give input.

Gold server is currently down. There is no ETA as to when it will return. As per forum rules, posting about server status is not allowed and will result in the topic being closed instantly. Please be patient in the meantime, as the server will return eventually.

Same for me say connection lost and that I am band from silver server but i am not band at all i start play yesterday.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

The server were down due to some technical difficulties. However, they are now back online and you should be able to log in the game normally.

 

Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it goes against the general support rules. An announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord.

 

As the issue has now been solved, i will now close the thread.
