Hey Vicin!

 

I am sorry for the late reply and sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked your account and it seems like you spent most of the coins on items on the Gold Server. Coins are linked cross-server now, meaning that you have the same amount of coins on both servers. Therefore, if you spend coins on the one server, you will lose them on the other server aswell. The two 3-day-MS that were added to your account were a compensation for the downtime not too long ago, and as your account was not merged around that time you can only find them on your Gold Server account.

Unfortunately, we are not able to transfer the 3-day-MS. However, we could offer you to delete the items and restore the coins, so you can buy them on the Silver Server. Looking forward to your reply.
