After checking your account, it seems that you have already obtained the Silver Disc and converted it to Porygon (which should be in your PC). If you returned from a long break, maybe you have forgotten that you already interacted with the NPC and gave it to him to convert it into Porygon, which takes from 1 to 6 hours to complete.
