Hi,

So, since now at least 2 week i can't connect into PRO even if there is space on PRO.

Maybe i'm doing it bad, i open PRO32_93 (i'm on a windows 8 32bits), and i enter my ID and my password. And the message is the same since the beginning : Can't connect to the server.

So I never played at PRO since the creation of my account, and i wonder why? How can i connect?

Yes, and i clicked on the link for the activation. So normaly my account is activated

Either you are very unlucky and always tried to log in during down times or there is something wrong with the account itself. I'll look into this.

Thanks. But I verified, when i tried to log in, there was always people connected and space on server.

Yeah, i create a permission for the client and i tried to desactivate entirely my firewall, but no effect

i got the same problem with you, on the 1st i can connect to the server, but when i disconnected, i can't connect to the server later

Me too.

I was playing this morning when suddenly the game freezed, I waited a few minutes and then finaly closed the game. Since, I cannot log in anymore. When I try, I get the message ''can not connect to server''. I still can loggin on the website and my account isn't banned.

 

I tryed to reboot my internet connection, my computer, anything works.
