So i tried to make the quest on sevi islands but when i try to get in the lost cave where there is something like a labyrinth,i found no solution.I later tried to use a guide and when i saw the staff guide i realized that some of the npc of team rocket etc wouldnt appear on my game for some reason.Could someone help me with this?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the area where the NCP you say are missing?

Also, as a first try to fix the issue, could you please try to follow the here below procedure and see if it solves your issue:

1. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else.
   
2. Restart your computer/device
   
3. Download again the game from HERE

Thanks for the quick reply.I am downloading the new patch at the moment.CCleaner is not a prorgam i want to dl in my pc as a friend adviced me.I will do everything else but should i cancel the patch now or not?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that before downloading the client again, you have to make sure to delete every single file of PRO.

Not downloading CCLEANER is fine if you prefer to do that manually, just make sure to delete everything before to download again the client from HERE

Once you have downloaded again the client and you have extracted it, simply launch the game and try to see if your issue has been solved.
