Hello,

 

I want to know, in the future, if you create Events to get Lengendaries just for information? Your game is fantastic but if we don't catch these Pokemon, so you respect the Lengendary princip (uncatchable like the animated series) but we loose the charm and a pincipal insterest to play the game, so if I am not alone to think that. Thank you to answer me.

At the moment mew is catchable so theres one. I'm not sure, but from what I have heard legenadaries with more stats than mew (total stats) will NOT be added to the game. Considering the regi's have less stats than mew we might see them in hoenn :D you never know

As said there is mew obtainable right now. who knows what the future will bring. But for sure you will never be able to get any Pokemon above 600 base stat.
