Blackscreen after downloading new client

Client tired to update. Froze when applying patch so i downloaded new client. I can log in and play, but when i go to a new zone/house, i get a frozen black screen after entering.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please tell me what is your device (android, mac, windows 32bit, windows 64 bit)?

Also, as a way to try to solve the issue, could you please try to follow the here below procedure and tell me if it solves your issue:

  • Delete/Unistall the old client of PRO and delete all the remaining files
  • Download the latest client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD

Do note that sometimes a restart of your device may be required in order to delete/install the application.

I am using Windows 10 64-bit. After reading your advice i did a sweep through my files and found a old/copy of a file that got moved somehow to another folder. Deleted everything and re-downloaded and it worked out.
