Hi, I have lended 2 different pokemon to a guy which name I don't remember because I used lending trade and I thought that is a safe thing to use while lending pokemon. I have received only 1 pokemon back which is Clefable and I haven't received back the Dragonite I've also lended in the same lending trade as Clef. The guy only paid me 3k he hasn't traded any pokemon to me. What happened?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that i'v forwarded the issue to our Developers that will look into that.

Unfortunately, there is not an estimated time as for when the issue will be solved, however I will personally update you as soon as i will have any further information about that.

I have received the pokemon back since the person who I lended the poke to was nice. Still please fix this issue I don't want to get scammed by some random accident. One of the pokes got lended and the other one got traded, they were both traded in the same lending trade.

I'm really happy to see that your issue has been solved. Our developers investigated the issue and most likely will solve the issue as soon as possible. However no worry, in these cases there is no way that you get scammed because we can always give you back your Pokémon as we have proof that the lending trade was used, so don't worry.
