Client login issues

I need to rule out my carrier blocking connections to the server. Can you pm me the IP or domain name so I can do a ping test?

The plot thickens. I can log in fine with my wife's phone, so it shouldn't be a T-Mobile issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client. Wife's phone is a OnePlus 5 and it works fine. My phone is the OnePlus 6T, and it simply won't connect.

Hi @Lvdisturbed1

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately we cannot provide information such as IP, however i can assure you that in this case the error is not on our end as everyone is able to normally log in the game.

Is there any chance that you can try to connect, with your smartphone and not with the one of your wife, using a different connection like Wifi or a VPN?

Looking forward to your reply, have a wonderful day!

I just got cable internet service activated today (just moved) and can confirm that wifi works. I cannot login to the servers with mobile data (LTE through T-Mobile) on my OnePlus 6T. I can login to the servers on mobile data using my wife's OnePlus 5, even with my SIM card, so it does not seem to be blocked by the network. Possibly a device issue? I am going to be rooting my OnePlus 6T soon and installing a custom kernel and ROM. This way I can determine if the stock T-Mobile ROM is the issue, or if it indeed might be the device itself.
