I would like to inform you that you can check your Sinnoh playtime by interact with the professor Rowan in Sandgem Town, as stated above.

This goes for all the other regions as well, where you can check their playtime by talking with the professors in their labs.

However, as a way to help you, i would like to inform you that you should currently have more than 1100 Sinnoh playtime hours.
