Help me i trade some pokemon and now they are locked on my pokemon storage i can't move pokemon on my team ???

It's due to the pokemon being caught at a region you have not entered or if you have done that region then you have probably entered a new region after that region on the poke and will be locked till 8th gym or if it a region you havent start wont unlock till you enter

 

Example I just finished hoenn champ.. I now can have hoenn, johto and kanto caught pokes in my party.. someone trades me a poke caught in sinnoh It is locked in my PC. I start sinnoh I can now use that poke caught in sinnoh but now all pokes from hoenn,johto and kanto are locked in my PC. I finish 8th gym in sinnoh now I can use hoenn,johto and kanto pokes in my party again along with sinnohs.

Yep, you cant withdraw Pokemon from a region you haven't been to yet. This will be locked.
