Can someone please tell me if I can get a Froakie from Kanto?I've seen people trading Froakies from Kanto, where can I get one?

Froakie as Kanto Pokémon is only avaible on Vulcan Island.

You have to know that Vulcan Island only accessible in summer like an event.

Just check the PRO Discord, so you do not miss news about Vulcan Island.
