I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please try the following and see if it solves your issue:

  1. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too).
  2. Restart your computer/device
  3. Download again the game from HERE

Well i have sometimes the same problem and to solve it i just need to w8 till the servers come up again cause usually thats the reason some times do it to me idk if that helps but i just wanted to notice that maybe is happebing only here in greece idk.
