Sorry for the inconvenience caused. It seems that after checking out your account, you still need to find Latias in 1 of the 10 possible locations it might be at. For the full list of locations, please check out the Jirachi guide (only check the locations, since you have completed Jirachi quest: Latias' Locations) Let me know if this helped.
