i know i get cubchoo hat and 25 pve coins after you defeat them all once

what are the rewards of beating twice, three times..etc?

I would like to inform you that the rewards from beating the battle tower are random from a pool of rewards and you dont get the same thing again and again. however, you might based on your luck.

As for question 2 : No, you cant get kyogre mount as a reward.

I do battle tower since they added it and I always got only the 25 pve coins, only the first time I got an hat.

Yeah i've never heard that you can get a reroll ticket. Ive done it a couple dozen times and after you get the cubchoo hat you only get coins afterwards.

To clear out the confusion here,

You get a cubchoo hat and 25 PvE coins the first time and then you get 25PvE coins and a very low chance of getting a reroll ticket.

Very very low because this is the first time I hear that, nobody I know got one that way.

I beat battle tower around 50 times but never got one b4 it might be really low
