Nerfs Jetskii and Refund

I just came back to the game recently after about 1 year of being absent. I bought the Jetskii mount at the time as it was fast and helpful in traveling underwater for Hoenn map. However, i was noticed that the Jetskii mount got nerf 8 months ago and was able to refund. Being directed by a friend to train station in Saffron, i did not see a refund character. Is there anyway i can refund the Jetskii?

In the saffron train station on the top left corner of the map,once you enter you can talk to an NPC who will exchange your jet ski for a coin capsule. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the suggestion. However, i went to the station. There was no NPC that allows jetskii exchange as i talked to all the npc within the station. It seems like the NPC that exchanges the Jetskii has been removed.

I'm sorryu for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we no longer offer this service. The NPC at the Saffron Station was added to compensate those who were affected by a change in the past. However given that the change made live was several months ago, there is no longer a need for such NPC. It was really only intended to be around for a month or two. However, it was there for much longer than that.

I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.
