i have found in the wiki that there is a psyduck hat so i tryed to go it but i did not see the psyduck that i have to talk to i have not beaten the elite 4 yet is it still a thing ?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that the Psyduck Quest has been temporarily removed as it is to be reworked. That means that it is not possible to do that in this moment.

Unfortunately i can not give you an estimated time for when the quest will be available, but you can stay tuned on the #announcements channel of our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for further announcements and take note that, once it will be available, a post will be made as well in the UPDATE LOGS .
