I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please attach in the thread the patchererror.txt that you should be able to find into your PRO Client folder?

i cant find the file.

open your client again then your pc will get a notification to allow the patch or no

click on ok and let the client close

you will get a notification when patch will get successfull

Hello i got the same problem. I have the file but it has some french in it sorry :/. The game client open then close to open the patcher. It process normaly ask for authorisation then say "nope" :'(

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.

Could you please check and try the following things on your Windows 10 and see if you can fix it:

 

  • First of all, you should check if you have .NET Framework 4.0 or higher installed.
    If this is the case and it still does not work, please do the following:
    • - Go to the folder C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Temp\ (Replace YourUsername with your Windows usernamen)
    • - Find a folder that starts with PRO_ and open it. If you have more than one, open the latest one. Start the ClientPatcher.exe
    • - You should get an error message now. Should this be enough for you to fix it yourself, please do it. If not, create a forum post in General Support with the error message.

I get the same thing as you every time I try to open the client after downloading. (I use 64 bit on my laptop with Windows 7.) I first had this happen around early December/Christmas time, then its been happening again since about late March/early April. I've tried deleting all files and re-downloading but the client is still closing itself after trying to load.

 

Any help in solving the issue would be wonderful! Especially since it's now happened more than once. (And I'm not positive how it got fixed the first time.)
