Does the game completely freeze and crash?

Could you please try the following and let me know if it solves your issue?

  1. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too).
  2. Restart your computer/device
  3. Download again the game from HERE

After the second freeze I have done all of these steps. And the only thing I can do after bcc is talking in chats. I cant move with my character, its not responding to anything, just when I restart the client.
