Not the right amount of Easter Tokens.

So i hunted all the 40 eggs in kanto but in the end i recieved 1250 1225 tokens when in total i should have 2000 tokens. Is there a way to get the tokens im missing back?

Yep, im the same. After i did the shards i got a couple hundred more so only 1500 atm.
