I was swiping down to choose what ball to use and by mistake it pressed on master ball on a trash poke. Is it possible to release the poke and get the master ball back please?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, i regret to inform you that unfortunately we are unable to refund you of your Master ball as we are unable to verify if you really used it or not, and if you if did it for a mistake, as our TOOLS do not permit us to do that.

Also, if we would refund you of a new Master Ball without any evidence of it, it would be unfair to all the others that experienced a loss of their progress and accepted the fact that it could not been refund

However, quoting our ITEM GUIDE, you can obtain a master ball in the following ways:;

Master Ball

Location:

- At any pvp-coin shop for 10 pvp-coins (Vermillion, Blackthorn, Mauville and Canalave).

- Obtainable in some exclusive events.

- Possible boss reward by Battle Boss.

- Possible 1st place reward - Bug Catching Contest - Johto.

- Solaceon Daily Quest - Once every sixth day streak.

- Possible '10 Item' Tier 4 Item Recycler outcome.
