So,around January,i have had an auction for one of my pokes.A guy started it in game,i posted in the forums,but some weeks after the auction,we both quit with the expection that i'm back now.And the guy is

He hasn't been online for months.My only question is that if he won the auction,but we couldnt contact eachother (because back then,i tried),is it "legal" to sell my poke?

Therefore, you're allowed to sell it.
